A Moment Of PUNK

Queens, New York
1977

IggyIf I had to choose one word it would be savage
because that’s what the girls want to hear
the tight screaming ones
dying to get away from home
I could pick violent/fun
writing pop songs in a pre war building
I lost my front tooth in a bar brawl
and they still want me
to get lost in something again
like when the Ronnettes first came out
not the same peppermill churned garbage
the real stuff- lyric with velvet pants
everyone bleed together
