“My work is the only ground I’ve ever had to stand on. To put it bluntly, I seem to have a whole superstructure with no foundation, but I’m working on the foundation.”

Last week we talked about responding to your life. You’re going to have an abundance of ideas about how to come alive this week and get things in motion. Remember that some seeds need time to sprout.
This week you will be focusing on building substance for yourself, whether it is analyzing the foundation of idealism past or idealism present. Stability and creative initiative have an interesting sort of marriage this week. Though you may feel the urge, don’t charge full steam into anything just yet.
Home, comfort, and practical matters will come to the forefront. There is an urge to see to the needs of things and others. Maybe you pitch in to help someone fix their car or cook a homemade meal. Do it for the enjoyment of it, but also take care of yourself.
A need to control a situation or your environment could lead to a need to have a talk midweek. Timing could be awkward. Compromise is key, especially in relationships.
Shiny things grab your attention. There’s a line between penny-pinching and deprivation. While you don’t want to break bank you don’t want to let myths about money become a hindrance to your growth. Research some of the shiny objects and make plans for certain items you honestly and thoroughly believe you need. On the other side of this, while accomplishment and pride over your achievements are grand, don’t let material possessions become a sole presentation of this, no matter how much or how “little” you have. Don’t let fear of loss take over. Maybe you have become too overly “safe.”
Connection is your best currency this week. Spend time with friends and focus on business networking.
